Like a spider web, it is very easy to get caught and entangled in addictive behaviors. Let us help you determine what is at the root of the addiction. According to Gabor Mate', world renowned addiction therapist, " It is impossible to understand addiction without asking what relief the addict finds, or hopes to find, in the drug or the addictive behaviour." Addiction is a symptom of something else going on within the person. Therapy, often in conjunction with other behavior modification tools, like good medical treatment, finds the root cause of the symptom and gives the person the skills and ability to overcome and function fully again. It is nothing to be ashamed of, anymore than diabetes, it is something to be treated

Not everything is....behavioral health. Sometimes, we just have difficulty getting our feet under us and taking off from the starting line in the race of life.
Whether you are looking for a secular or Christian perspective - help is here. Everyone needs a little help from their friends (yes, stole it from the Beatles) sometimes. Whether it is a 2 week session or a course that takes months or more, which ever it is up to you the learner, you CAN create the life you desire to have. This is a judgment free zone. With support, Nothing is impossible.
