A Mindful Change Behavioral Health is currently offering participation in a clinical trial evaluating Emotional Recognition Baseline Therapy (ERBT), an emerging, structured therapeutic model developed by Joyely. ERBT is designed to systematically assess and strengthen an individual’s capacity for emotional recognition, differentiation, and regulation—core processes associated with improved psychological functioning across a range of behavioral health conditions.

This protocol-driven intervention targets foundational mechanisms underlying emotional dysregulation, including deficits in emotional awareness, maladaptive response patterns, and impaired stimulus–response integration. Through structured sessions, participants engage in guided exercises aimed at establishing an individualized emotional baseline, increasing interoceptive awareness, and enhancing cognitive-emotional processing.

ERBT integrates principles consistent with evidence-based modalities, including elements of:

  • Emotion regulation theory

  • Cognitive-behavioral frameworks

  • Trauma-informed care

  • Neurobiological models of affective processing

Participants in this clinical trial may complete standardized assessments and outcome measures to evaluate changes in emotional recognition, regulation capacity, and functional impairment over time. Data collected may contribute to the ongoing development and validation of the ERBT model.

Program Structure and Requirements:

  • Delivered within a structured clinical trial framework following a defined therapeutic protocol

  • Includes baseline and follow-up assessments to monitor clinical outcomes

  • May involve self-report measures and clinician-guided evaluations

  • Participation requires informed consent and adherence to program guidelines

Financial Policy:
This program is offered on a self-pay basis only. Services provided within this clinical trial are not submitted to or reimbursed by insurance providers.

Participation in this clinical trial provides clients with access to a novel therapeutic intervention while contributing to the advancement of research in emotional processing and behavioral health treatment.
