A Mindful Change Behavioral Health is currently offering participation in a clinical trial evaluating Emotional Recognition Baseline Therapy (ERBT), an emerging, structured therapeutic model developed by Joyely. ERBT is designed to systematically assess and strengthen an individual’s capacity for emotional recognition, differentiation, and regulation—core processes associated with improved psychological functioning across a range of behavioral health conditions.
This protocol-driven intervention targets foundational mechanisms underlying emotional dysregulation, including deficits in emotional awareness, maladaptive response patterns, and impaired stimulus–response integration. Through structured sessions, participants engage in guided exercises aimed at establishing an individualized emotional baseline, increasing interoceptive awareness, and enhancing cognitive-emotional processing.

Participants in this clinical trial may complete standardized assessments and outcome measures to evaluate changes in emotional recognition, regulation capacity, and functional impairment over time. Data collected may contribute to the ongoing development and validation of the ERBT model.
