Your mind is a part of your body. We believe in moving beyond the limited concept of "mental" health and treating the whole person. Behavioral health focuses on the biological, psychological, and sociological aspects that are impacting the person resulting in actions that may be troubling.

Client-Centered Approach
You come first. Client-centered therapy means no cookie-cutter approach to treatment. Each person has determination of what they want for their life-improvement journey. We are here to help you discover what that is. We are the guides, giving you the tools to help you succeed in arriving at your goals.
Whole Person Care
Not only will you receive treatment for the behaviors but, we will work together to find solutions for the environmental and/or biological factors that may be contributing to what you are experiencing. With referrals to community resources as well as other connections to the help you need.
