Trauma and chronic stress can influence how people communicate, engage, make decisions, and experience safety at work. A Mindful Change Behavioral Health provides practical, trauma-informed training that helps employees and leaders recognize what may be happening beneath a person’s response. Participants learn ways to communicate with greater awareness, respond without unnecessary escalation, and support healthier workplace environments—without lowering expectations or asking supervisors to become therapists.
Our trainings are interactive, relevant, and built around the situations organizations face every day. We provide teams with a shared language and practical tools they can begin using immediately.
Understanding what may be shaping a person's response gives teams more effective ways to communicate, set expectations, maintain boundaries, and support workplace safety. This two-hour training gives employees and leaders a shared language for recognizing trauma-related responses and responding with understanding, clarity, and accountability.

First Training - Up to 30 Participants
